Stephen W.  Harvey, President
A true visionary, Steve’s career spans 30 years in the construction and property maintenance industry. A life-long entrepreneur, Steve saw an opportunity to serve the commercial property management community as a loyal, trusted supplier of bundled facility services. Steve is a licensed general contractor in 8 states, a pilot and a certified white water rafting guide.
 

 

Steve Harmon, Vice President
Steve has over 20 years experience in business management, 10 of which are in the commercial property maintenance industry.  Prior to Lot Management, Steve worked in the grocery industry where he learned the power of teamwork: people who trust each other working towards a clear common goal can achieve great things. Steve works diligently with our management team in all divisions to ensure we are industry leaders in customer satisfaction.

 

Debbie Gillespie, CFO
Debbie brings 30 years of financial management experience and a BS Accounting from California State University Long Beach to Lot Management. Debbie’s education and experience provides assurances to our partners that we truly are here for the long term. Our financial and cost accounting systems generate clear, concise, and timely reporting on which our staff and our clients depend for their success. Her work is so extraordinary that fiscal responsibility is a core value at Lot Management.

 

Ricky Reyes, Director of Operations
Ricky is a veteran of the US Navy and earned a BS Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. His experience includes property management, operations management, facilities engineering & mechanics, and ADA compliance. Starting as an HVAC engineer, Ricky worked his way into property management and operations for Donohue Shriber and Terramar. Prior to Lot Management, Ricky was the Director of Operations at the 850,000 sq ft The Block at Orange retail mall.

 

Alan Mittleman, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Alan's 20 years of business ownership has resulted in a broad range of experiences. This experience, plus an MBA from Babson College and a BS Accounting from Syracuse University, provides balance to our management team with an executive who is solely dedicated to building Lot Management's brand.
