About You 

You are a highly organized administrative and/or customer support professional who thrives in a fast-paced,  service-driven environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You are familiar with an industry such as maintenance, facilities, construction, or property management. 

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related customer support and department administrative experience, with 5+ years of related experience is desired. 
• Previous work in operations, coordination, or administrative support with a similar department, such as property services, facilities, or a field service environment, is strongly preferred. 
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-first approach. 
• Ability to solve problems, prioritize, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision. 
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and experience with work order or service management systems.  
• Desire to be a part of a team and be able to work onsite at the company headquarters in Kearny  Mesa, CA.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Some training or trade school related to the position is preferred
• Must have a current DL with a clean driving record
• 2-3 years of commercial building maintenance experience
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, occasionally to move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder while carrying necessary parts
• Ability to be on one’s feet for an extended time
• Ability to push or pull equipment with force
• Ability to work with medium to high-level cleaning chemicals and comply with MSDS sheets

• Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Experience is a plus

Skills and Experience Required:

· 10 + years of Commercial Building Maintenance.

· 5+ years of supervisory experience.

· Universal EPA Certification is required

· HVAC Certification (or equivalent field experience with demonstrated competency).

· Electrical Safety/Tagout Training.

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is preferred 

· Facilities Management Certification is desired.

· Additional trade-specific certifications, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing etc., are desired.

· Must have a Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

· This role requires regular travel to support properties across Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties. A company vehicle is provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum  3 years of recent lead or supervisory experience in the window washing industry.
• Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Possess certifications to operate swing stage OR mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP)
• Comfortable working at heights up to 120 ft, including the use of boom lifts and swing stages.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and repetitive motion for 8–10 hours daily.
• Regular bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and reaching overhead.
• Work in wet, cold, and elevated outdoor environments.
