About the Position
The proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator is a critical role supporting the General Property (GP) North Region and acting as a key point of coordination for one of the company’s largest clients. This position serves as an extension of both the GP North Operations Manager and the Territory Manager, providing day-to-day operational, administrative, and client support to ensure work is processed efficiently, communication is timely, and projects move forward without delay.

About You
You are a highly organized administrative and/or customer support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. - Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related customer support and department administrative experience, with 5+ years of related experience is desired.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Position Summary:
The Power Washing Technician identifies and performs a variety of highly skilled maintenance work through contract and work order Power Washing.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Window Washer to join our team. This hands-on leadership role oversees a crew of window washing technicians and ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of window washing projects at commercial and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent supervisory experience in window washing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work at heights. A valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record are required, as the Lead will drive a company vehicle to job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of window washers on daily job sites.
- Coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Perform window cleaning using squeegees, water-fed poles, boom lifts, and swing stages.
- Conduct equipment checks and ensure all tools and materials are maintained, stocked, and inventoried.
- Serve as the main point of contact for on-site project coordination.
- Train new crew members and ensure team compliance with safety protocols.
- Complete job site reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Ensure proper cleanup and storage of all equipment after each job.
- Support hands-on window washing duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent lead or supervisory experience in the window washing industry.
- Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Possess certifications to operate swing stage OR mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP)
- Comfortable working at heights up to 120 ft, including the use of boom lifts and swing stages.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and repetitive motion for 8–10 hours daily.
