Key Responsibilities
- Place, spread, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and other structures
- Apply various finishing techniques (trowel, float, broom, stamp, stain, or polish) to achieve specified textures and appearance
- Set, align, and remove forms; ensure proper grading and slope
- Monitor the curing process and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Window Washer to join our team. This hands-on leadership role oversees a crew of window washing technicians and ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of window washing projects at commercial and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent supervisory experience in window washing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work at heights. A valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record are required, as the Lead will drive a company vehicle to job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of window washers on daily job sites.
