Qualifications and Requirements:

• Some training or trade school related to the position is preferred
• Must have a current DL with a clean driving record
• 2-3 years of commercial building maintenance experience
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, occasionally to move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder while carrying necessary parts

About You

• At least 5 years of directly related experience, including at least 2+ years of successful leadership experience required, with a college degree desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

· 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.

· Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including safety procedures, work orders, equipment manuals, and company communication.

- General building maintenance.
